This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to Blanco Sleep Sounds Application for Android and iOS (“Application), and Color Culture Design Company, LLC ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include Blanco Sleep Sounds Application, Blanco Sleep website https://www.blancosleep.com/ , and Color Culture Design Company, LLC website https://www.color-culture.com/ . By using the Blanco Sleep Sounds Application for Android and/or iOS (“Application), or promotional website Blanco Sleep website https://www.blancosleep.com/ , or company website https://www.color-culture.com, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Color Culture Design Company, LLC and our Blanco Sleep App collect, use, and disclose information about you when you access or use our websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”), and when you contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us. Please note that certain of our products and services may be subject to a separate privacy policy. You will know this if those services link to a different notice rather than this policy.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice.

Information You Provide to Us

We may collect information when you register for an account, participate in interactive features, fill out a form or a survey, participate in a contest or promotion, make a purchase, communicate with us via social media sites, request customer support, or otherwise interact with us. The information you provide may include:

• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Services (the legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in improving our Services and understanding our users’ needs and expectations);

• access information we have about you (including in a portable format);

• correct information we have about you;

• opt out of “sales”, targeted advertising, or “sharing”; and

• delete the information we have about you.

Where relevant, you also have the right to limit sensitive personal data processing or opt out of profiling for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. However, Blanco Sleep Sounds Application does not currently engage in processing that gives rise to those opt-out rights.

If you request to delete your information, please note that we retain certain information when required or permitted by law.

Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Blanco Sleep Sounds Application by following the instructions in those emails or by logging into your account and managing your contact preferences.
